"Jackson Greer was the type of player that embodies Vol Baseball. He brought an SEC level of skill to the field everyday.

More importantly, he brought with him a high level of character. Work ethic, selflessness, energy and intensity are attributes that are brought up all the time in athletics but not everyone can meet a championship standard in those categories. Jackson does.

He already has accumulated a large amount of time contributing to the community, but now that his time is complete as a player I look forward to seeing how many lives he can impact by relaying and teaching the formula that made him a successful player and teammate."
